Welcome to the BYU Sensory Lab Database Survey

If you are in the Provo area and interested in participating in taste panels, please fill out this survey to be added to our database. Once you are in our database, we will periodically send you an email invitation to take a survey for an upcoming panel. If you qualify for a panel, you will be able to schedule an appointment to come to our lab, usually for about 15 minutes, to evaluate samples and answer questions. Those who participate in a panel typically receive $3-$5 for their time.
